I assume that people in organizations have good reasons for their behavior, which are often inherent in organizational structures. That is why I am trained to improve organizational structures, e.g. by clarifying tasks, processes and roles.

Change succeeds together: I design processes in which the competencies of those involved are utilized, e.g. in workshops across departmental boundaries and hierarchical levels.​
