Systemic Organizational Consultant

  • As a systemic consultant, instead of rigid concepts, I bring an interested, appreciative approach that fits your organization perfectly.

  • I assume that people in organizations have good reasons for their behavior, which are often inherent in organizational structures. That is why I am trained to improve organizational structures, e.g. by clarifying tasks, processes and roles.

  • Change succeeds together: I design processes in which the competencies of those involved are utilized, e.g. in workshops across departmental boundaries and hierarchical levels.​

Design and facilitation of a total of 90 seminar days with up to 80 participants from the Global South and North. Our topics included post-colonialism, anti-racism and gender.

Co-leading teams of up to 15 people.
